If your Coolest has already left our warehouse, you will need to update your shipping address directly with UPS.
For deliveries within the USA, you can update your details through the UPS My Choice platform. Simply sign up for your free account here (make sure you use the email address associated with your Coolest order). After you're registered you can update your shipping address and track all your future UPS shipments.
For deliveries outside of the USA, you will need to contact that country's local UPS Help Center for assistance in updating your details. Visit www.ups.com and select the relevant country for contact information.
Please note that additional charges may apply if the address is invalid or if shipping has to be re-routed to a different district.
