I missed my scheduled delivery date - what do I do?

If you missed your delivery, UPS will automatically attempt to deliver your Coolest at least one more time.  

If you still miss your delivery then your order will be returned to our warehouse facilities in Portland. Alternatively, we suggest you contact UPS directly at their helpline number 1-800-877-1497 (USA only) and they will be able to assist you in scheduling a delivery window.
